1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition of the item: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags attached.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) to prevent damage during transit.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
- Underwear, intimate apparel, and swimwear for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards or any other items listed as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or washed.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Please include any relevant details about the item, such as size issues, wrong color, defects, etc.
- Return Authorization:
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions.
- We will also provide you with a return address for your package.
- Return label:
- If your return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a free return shipping label.
- If the return is initiated due to reasons like wrong size or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
- Please retain your return tracking number as proof of return in case there are any issues with the return process.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification about the status of your return.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color if the item is in stock. Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

- Availability:
- Once we receive your return, we will check the availability of the item in your desired size or color.
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead of an exchange.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Steps for Damaged/Incorrect Items:

7. Final Sale Items
Items that are marked as Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are sold at a final price and are non-refundable.
